The short version: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Because every product is printed to order with your personal data, we can't accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong size, but email us anyway if something is wrong; we would rather make it right than be technically correct.
To claim: email stratamusic.conry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, for lost packages) with your order email and, for damage or misprints, a photo of the item. We'll respond within 3 business days with a replacement or refund, your choice. You won't be asked to ship a defective item back at your own expense. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval; the time it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank.
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible; if your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, but the coverage above still applies to whatever arrives.
Prices are in USD. For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price or refundable by us. If a package is returned to us because such fees went unpaid, we'll treat it like a wrong-address return above.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 93A) and, if you are outside the United States, your local consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, note that the statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized to your specification, which is every physical product we sell; your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected and are honored above.
If something is wrong, please contact us first; we resolve almost everything within a few days, and it's faster than a bank dispute. Because our goods ship with tracking, we may present order and delivery records in response to a chargeback filed on an item that was delivered as described. This does not affect any of the coverage above, which we honor regardless.
Everything digital on Strata is free, so there is nothing to refund. If you use the optional AI Reading, the API cost is billed by Anthropic to your own Anthropic account under their terms; we never charge you for it and cannot refund Anthropic charges.
